The South Korean plastic car parts manufacturer Daejung has opened its first production facility in Hungary at Europolis Park Budapest M1. The company will occupy 4,700 sqm at the logistics and industrial park. The park offers units from 2,000 sqm to 10,000 sqm to companies that require good transport access and modern infrastructure. CBRE introduced the tenant and represented the landlord with DTZ. Daejung made a €3m investment in Slovakia last year in Dubnica nad Vahom to expand its output capacity with a new factory built on land it bought from the municipality.
