Vivawest acquired a part of the Kettwiger Ruhrbogen residential project in Essen from Ten Brinke. The scheme includes 10 apartment buildings and 10 duplex units totaling 135 privately financed apartments with 12,558 sqm of living space. Construction is scheduled to start this spring, with completion set for the second quarter of 2017. Vivawest manages 120,000 apartments in 76 cities in Germany’s Rhine and Ruhr regions.
