Slovak developer HB Reavis secured two new tenants for its Gdański Business Centre project in Warsaw. The agreements with e-commerce specialist WebInterpret and logistics operator Solid Logistics total 2,300 sqm of space. Savills brokered the transaction. The new tenants will join KPMG, Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, SNC Lavalin and Provident. The first phase of GBC, delivered in H1 2014, added 46,000 sqm of new office space to Warsaw’s Muranów district in two office buildings.
