Junis Development is planning to build a mixed-use project next to the Manhattan residential tower along Pionýrska street in Bratislava. The building will replace a Hyundai car dealership that currently stands on the site. The new mixed-use project will include retail and office space, as well as two apartment blocks. The project will add 50 new flats on the market and 3,700 sqm of office. The developer hopes to be able to start construction in 2016, with completion set for 2018. Costs are estimated to run to €8.3m.
