Planet Home Lending has leased the entire third floor of the Lincoln Center office tower in Tampaās Westshore district.

Founded in 2007, Planet Home Lending is a privately held, national residential mortgage servicer and lender with multiple business channels positioned to provide competitive products and services. The company is an approved originator and servicer for FHA, VA, and USDA as well as a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer and full Ginnie Mae Issuer. In addition to its Tampa Bay location, the organization has offices in Ellicott City, Md., Meriden, Conn., and Melville, N.Y. During the first quarter of 2015, Planet will be expanding its footprint to the West Coast by opening up two branch locations in California.
Planet Home Lending is currently overseeing improvements to the space in Lincoln Tower and is expected to complete renovations and move into the office space during the first quarter of 2015.
