TriCity developer Euro Styl sold its BPH Office Park in Gdańsk to Irish investor GNT Gdańsk. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The sale comes a year after the project was delivered. JLL advised Euro Styl. Located in the city’s Jesień district, the project offers 20,000 sqm of office space in three buildings and its fully let to BHP, a GE subsidiary, on a long-term lease.
Active on the TriCity property market, Euro Styl has delivered 180,000 sqm of residential space to the area. “With a number of housing projects completed over the years, we’ve closed our first transaction in the commercial property sector,” said Mikołaj Konopka, deputy CEO of Euro Styl, adding that the company will be looking for further growth in the office sector, with the Tensor and C200 projecs already underway in Gdynia and Gdańsk.
“After a number of transactions taking place on the Wrocław and Kraków markets, investor attention is now shifting into Poland’s fourth biggest TriCity market, which is now experiencing dynamic growth,” Rafał Kosoń of JLL adds.
