SEB Asset Management acquired Domstrasse 10, a fully lease office and commercial building in Hamburg, from Art-Invest Real Estate for €30m. Located between the city center and the Hafencity district, the property is the first acquisition the company made on the German market for its SEB Europe REI real estate special fund. The property was renovated in 2014 into modern office and commercial premises, offering 5,700 sqm of offices and approximately 560 sqm of retail. The project secured LEED Gold certification at the beginning of this year for its sustainable construction.
