Finep reported a 7.5-percent increase in revenue in 2014 compared with 2013, while reporting the completion of two acquisitions last year. The developer bought the Maxima Reality brokerage firm as well as the Atrium furniture department store in Bratislava. Finep also increased the ratio of cooperative flats in its residential portfolio by 15 percent. In 2015, the company plans to start construction on five new phases of residential projects it is developing in Prague, adding approximately 500 new flats to the market. Finep’s investment into new residential construction in Prague is expected to total up to CZK 1.7bn.
