IPR sold its office project on Račianské Mýto in Bratislava, on hold since 2008, to private equity group Proxenta. Proxenta has been active on the Czech and Slovak markets since 2009 and developed a few residential projects in Slovakia.
IPR planned to build a white office tower on Račianské Mýto, offering 4,000 sqm of office space across 13 floors and 1,100 sqm of retail on the ground floor. The developer is behind schedule on a couple of other projects, too, writes Trend Reality, including the Green Cube office project, set to go up on the city’s Hodžovo square. The company’s hopes of redeveloping Bratislava’s main train station have been sidetracked for years.
