Metrostav takes over 3nity in Bratislava

7 January 2015

Metrostav has taken over 3nity project in Bratislava. The Czech construction company oversaw construction of the project for the investor Vara Group, which ran into problems after the scheme’s underground garages collapsed and the financing bank demanded its money back. The value of the project was €35m, according to Trend Reality.

Metrostav is currently rethinking the project, as it has found it unsustainable. Originally, 3nity was to offer 450 apartments in three towers, priced at €2,600/sqm. The first tower with 127 flats has an occupation permit and the second is under construction, but work on third never began.
