Pino Components is radically expanding its manufacturing base in the Czech Republic. The Spanish manufacturer of plastic components for the automotive industry is doubling its operating area to approximately 5,500 sqm and relocating to CTPark in Mladá Boleslav. The company previously operated its own premises in Liberec, but is unable to expand the site. Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team found the new premises. The space at CTPark Mladá Boleslav was the only option in the surrounding area that was immediately available. There is currently no vacant class A space available for immediate lease left in the city.
