SEB Asset Management has scored a leasing success in Frankfurt – Niederrad. Nintendo of Europe GmbH is expanding its new European headquarters at Herriotstrasse 4 to 13,300 sqm. Under the new agreement, the company will occupy 10 floors of the 18-storey office tower. The property was constructed in 1969 and was bought by SEB Asset Management at the end of 2001 after its renovation. At 80 meters, it is one of the tallest buildings in the city’s office district. Other tenants include the logistics company CEVA and and Colt Technology Services.
