Apollo BC 1, one of the oldest business centers in Bratislava, is getting a thorough facelift. Its owner, Hannover Leasing, decided to redesign the lobby, reception area and atrium, add new greenery and change the logo. Tomáš Hegedus, director of CBRE Slovakia, says that the revitalization of the building has led to lease extensions from tenants like Cisco, BASF, Mary Kay, S&T and Dedak & Partner. Hannover Leasing wrote in its 2012 report that the building was 78 percent occupied.
Apollo BC 1 offers 37,700 sqm of office and 6,000 sqm of retail space. CBRE is responsible for leasing. The headline rent is €11/sqm/month. Hannover bought the project in 2005/6 from HB Reavis for €11m.
