Union Investment has signed an agreement to purchase the Dominikański office building, currently underway in Wrocław, from Skanska Property Poland. This is the second divestment contract Skanska signed in Q4 of 2014. The scheme is among the Swedish developer’s biggest office schemes on the Polish market. It will offer around 40,000 sqm of leasable space. Skanska Property Poland was advised by Colliers International and Dentons. No other details of the deal were disclosed.
