Take-up in the Polish industrial and logistics sector has increased by 20 percent this year, from 1.2 million sqm to 1.5 million sqm, according to the latest figures released by CBRE. The sector is on track to reach 2.2 million sqm by the end of the year, the data shows. Meanwhile, vacancy rates around Poland dropped to 8 percent in Q3, down 2.5 percent from the same time last year. Rents remained stable, and CBRE expects the trend will continue in 2015. Wrocław and Poznań currently have the most logistics space under construction. The two cities also have the lowest vacancy rates in Poland.
