Skanska Property has completed Riverview, an office project in Prague 5. The building has been issued an occupancy permit and MSD, the pharmaceutical company will move into its new premises in January. MSD’s lease, which covers 90 percent of the building’s 7,000 sqm, will also house the company’s global IT center. In line with Skanska Property’s green policies, the building is environmentally friendly and hopes to secure LEED Gold certification. Riverview was designed by the Swedish architectural studio Tengbom and was built by Skanska.
