Hochtief Polska was hired to build a production and warehouse facility with an office component for GE Power Controls in Bielsko-Biała. The value of the contract was not disclosed. The scheme will include a single-story production and storage unit, two technical buildings, three office buildings, a chemical store and a fire pump station.The whole complex will cover 45,600 sqm. Construction is set to start this month, with competition set for July 2015.
