Mix-use property in Wiesbaden with new investor

The Orion IV European 22 S.a.r.l. and Orion European Real estate fund IV have acquired the “Lilien Carre” located in Wiesbaden from BGP Insolvenzverwaltungen. The property comprises a total of 36,000 sqm GLA and a 2-storey shopping center with 25,000 sqm of retail area,1,200 parking spaces and over 50 tenants. Also within the property are a 186 room Motel One and an office building. The parties will not disclose the price agreed to in the deal, in which the vendor was represented by Savills.
