In an effort to expand its service offers for Asian clients in the CEE region, CBRE appointed Mayumi Yokozeki to its Czech industrial team. Yokozeki has more than seven years of industrial experience. At CBRE Czech Republic, she will be responsible for consulting services provided to Japanese companies. Yokozeki speaks fluent English and Japanese and studied at Mukogawa Women’s University.
William Shim has also joined the CBRE team as a senior consultant (APAC/CEE). He will focus on building relationships with Korean tenants in particular. Shim speaks fluent English and Korean. He previously worked with the Korean electronics supplier FineAltech, the NBA and the New York Knicks. He earned an MBA degree from the University of Warsaw.
