Slovnaft, Pap Oil and Lukoil, all members of the Hungarian MOL Group, will relocate to Quadrio, situated on top of the Národní třída metro station in Prague 1. The companies currently have office space in several Prague’s districts, including Pankrác-Prague 4, Ruzyně-Prague 6 and Radlice-Prague 5. MOL signed a lease for 2,500 sqm of office space in the Quadrio complex, which is owned by CPI Group. The specific lease conditions were not disclosed. Headline rent runs from €18-22/sqm/month. CPI also plans to take a portion of the 16,400 sqm of office space, relocating its headquarters from Wenceslas Square.
