Robert Paulson has joined the Czech capital markets team at JLL as senior investment analyst. He will work closely with Stuart Jordan, national director of capital markets at JLL, on providing and underwriting services to JLL clients and investors. Paulson has seven years of real estate experience, four of which have been in Prague. Working within Knight Frank Prague’s investment and valuation team since 2010, Paulson was responsible for the RICS valuation service line, gaining experience across different asset classes. Clients include local and regional banks, funds and developers. During his time at Knight Frank, Paulson was involved in several investment transactions and has previous agency experience from the UK.
