Marsh & McLennan companies have leased new office space in the office development project Nimbus in Warsaw owned by the Austrian investor and developer Immofinanz Group. The removal has been scheduled for January 2015. The firm leased approx. 5,800 sqm of office space. CBRE advised the tenant in the negotiation process and building consultancy.
Nimbus Office is a distinctive A class office building, located in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 98, in the very close vicinity to Plac Zawiszy. Its architectural concept is based on a modern, sophisticated and spacious design. The building offers more than 19,000 sq. m of office and retail space. Extensive, light-flooded areas combined with green terraces and balconies will create an enjoyable working atmosphere.
