Penta is planning to open a new hotel in the Prague city center next week. The former Česká typografie administrative building next to the Florentinum office complex on Na Florenci street in Prague 1 is being refurbished into a 141-room hotel. Penta invested CZK 200m into the reconstruction. The hotel will be operated by Motel One. The German hotel operator has a 20-year lease contract. This is the chain’s first hotel in the Czech Republic. The company is active in Austria, UK and Belgium.
