Poland’s state-owned insurer PZU acquired a logistics portfolio from Panatttoni. The portfolio includes four projects: Panatttoni Park Business Center Łódź, Panattoni Park Łódź East, Panattoni Park Wrocław II and Panattoni Park Gdańsk. Worth €140m, the deal is the first portfolio acquisition conducted by the domestic investor on the Polish marke so far. It’s also the largest transaction by value ever made independently by the local investor on this market. Clifford Chance, JLL and Tebodin brokered the deal. The portfolio was added to PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Sektora Nieruchomości 2 vehicle.
