Tiriac Imobiliare Real Estate company, controlled by the businessman Ion Tiriac, plans to expand Residenz, a project in Chitila, near Bucharest. He’s developing the project through his company Tiriac Imobiliare in partnership with LBBW Immobilien GmbH Group. With three phases completed, the project has 364 apartments of which 96 percent have been sold. The fourth phase of the project will include 12 new buildings. Mihai Tudor, Commercial Director of Tiriac Imobiliare, says the residential sector continues to show encouraging signs and that sales are picking up.
