Adama awarded Residential Developer of the Year for 2 years in a row

Adama, leading residential real estate developer in Romania, fully owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, has been awarded 2014 Residential Developer of the Year within the annual CIJ Awards competition by the esteemed regional real estate magazine CIJ Journal. It is the second consecutive year when the company achieves this award, Adama having also attaining in 2014 another two international awards.

The prize thus obtained is equivalent to the quality and professionalism level Adama seeks to assess on the residential market in Romania and to which the company thoroughly adhere within each of its developed projects.

Adama’s heads of the main operational departments represented the company to the CIJ Awards gala taking place on December 4th, 2014 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest. The best players on the real estate market were awarded during the event, be them developers, general contractors, architects, project managers or law firms active on the residential, office, retail or industrial sector of the market.

Residential Developer of the Year
Active on the market since 2004, Adama stands amongst the long-lasting developing companies on the local residential sector. Due to its extensive experience and to a close market know-how, Adama resumed in 2012 post-crisis developments by investing close to EUR 16 mill., entirely allotted out of the company’s funds, and completing 260 new residential units in Bucharest and Iasi. By ensuring a high quality standard, Adama targets medium and upper-medium clients, reaching up to date over 1.700 delivered apartments and over 1.200 customers.

In 2014, the last development stage of Copou Bellevue (Iasi, Romania) was completed – 50 premium units located in the exclusive area of Copou Hill, subject to a EUR 1,7 mill. investment. The project rejoiced a high market success, 75% of the apartments in the last phase having been sold before building completion.

As part of Immofinanz Group and taking the advantage of a broad plot portfolio, Adama will focus its medium-term developments on Bucharest’s residential market.
