GBI has unveiled plans to build a new student facility in the Raderberg district of Cologne. The building will offer 7,000 sqm in 227 student apartments, making it the second such student housing project in the city. Construction work on the scheme is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2015 with completion set for early 2017. Its other student house, in Cologne’s Zollstock district was opened in October.
