The Czech financial group PPF has acquired the Millenium Tower highrise in Rotterdam. The tower offers 30,000 sqm of hotel and office space and a parking garage for 167 cars. Ten large tenants lease the office space in the building. PPF Real Estate, the property arm of the financial group owned by the Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, bought the building from Commerzbank AG in a transaction worth €47.5m.
Millenium Tower is the tenth property PPF Real Estate has acquired in The Netherlands over the last 18 months. It currently owns a portfolio comprising 200,000 sqm of office space.
