NCC has sold a residential project located on the corner of Goerzallee and Harry-S.-Truman-Allee in Berlin to Pensionkasse der Bewag. This investment marks NCC’s fourth sale to the pension fund for Vattenfall Europe. The scheme comprises of 120 apartments for rent in four apartment buildings. The whole property is worth €24.4mn. Completion of the project as well as transfer of ownership are set for the end of 2016.
