Crestyl has started work on a new residential scheme called 4Blok in Prague 10-Vršovice. The project is a redevelopment of the former Tesla factory. Demolition work of the site’s existing buildings has already begun. Residence 4Blok, designed by David Chmelař architekti, will include four apartment buildings with a total of 210 flats surrounding a private garden. The flats will range from one to five rooms with penthouses on top. The project will offer a children’s playground and facilities for bikers. The flats will feature energy-saving equipment. The project is scheduled for completion in 2017.
