Ghelamco secured financing from Poland’s top lender PKO Bank Polski for its most recent office scheme, Wołowska 24, underway in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Ghelamco will borrow €34.1m to pay for construction and an additional PLN 10m to cover taxes on the investment. Ghelamco started the project in August. Arval Service Lease Polska signed on as a tenant. Wołoska 24 is going up near Ghelamco’s Mokotów Nova project. The scheme will offer about 21,000 sqm of office space with a 800 sqm retail component.
