Skanska Romania sold the first office building in Green Court Bucharest to Globalworth Real Estate Investments for €44m. The transaction will be completed in the second quarter of 2015. The building offers 19,500 sqm. It opened in October and is 91 percent leased to tenants like Schneider Electric and Orange Romania. Adrian Karczewicz, the transaction director at Skanska Commercial Development Europe, said that Romania presents a very promising market for investors. Green Court is the first project developed by Skanska in Romania. The office scheme offers 52,000 sqm of space in three buildings. The project is LEED Gold certified.
