Six months after its completion, the first phase of The Office project is 80 percent leased. Developed and built by NEPI in partnership with the Romanian businessman Ovidiu Sandor, the first phase of the scheme added 19,000 sqm of space to Cluj-Napoca. Tenants include National Instruments, Tardi Systems and Layershift Technologies. Delivered in May, the first phase of the project secured BREEAM Excellent certification. The total project is set for completion in 2016 and will offer 54,000 sqm in three buildings.
