Three new retail investments, totaling 90,000 sqm of lettable space, are set to hit Warsaw’s Włochy district in the coming years, the daily Gazeta Wyborcza reports. Centrum Łopuszańska has already gotten underway near Łopuszańska and Bakalarska streets. Led by Devin Investments, the project will add 16,000 sqm of new retail space to the city. The shopping center is set to open in September 2015.
Paged, meanwhile, expects to launch its Park Okęcie project in the first quarter of 2015. The investment will offer 8,000 sqm of retail space, with Real2b overseeing the development process.
TK Development is also working on a retail scheme for the district. Still in the planning stages, the project will reportedly add 65,000 sqm of retail space to the area. The scheme will go up at Krakowska 61 street, where Real Agata Meble, Komfort and Świat Dziecka are operating stores at the moment.
