Strong ability to connect and develop long-term relationships with clients coupled with a self-determination to succeed and enjoy the benefits of success within a fast moving organization.
Existing knowledge, experience and connections within the industry (Contractors, Developers, Real Estate, Architects, Potential Tenants etc) are a distinct advantage together with good written and verbal English skills plus a visual energy and enthusiasm to promote the value of COS within the marketplace.
