GTC is poised to acquire three office buildings in Bucharest. The buildings include Premium Point and Budisteanu Office, both owned by Volksbank Group, and Phoenix Tower, which is owned by Aberdeen Asset Management. No other details have been disclosed. GTC Romania is led by Shimon Galon. The company’s principal shareholder is Lone Star, which controls a 30-percent stake. The chairman of the board is Thomas Kurzmann.
