Skanska Property Poland started its second office development project in Kraków, following the completion of Kapelanka 42. Located close to the the city center, Axis will add 20,000 sqm of new commercial space to the local market. The project will go through the LEED-certification process.Skanska expects to complete the project in the fourth quarter of 2016.
The nine-story building will also have three underground levels for technical rooms and a car park. Bordering a local green area, the complex will be built in accordance with the developer’s “Workplaces by Skanska” philosophy, which focuses on creating open and friendly work environments. Amenities will be located on the ground floor. The scheme also includes a unique footpath which building tenants as well as local residents will be able to use.
