Since our last newsletter we have continued to be busy, closing the acquisition of Slovansky Dum, the sale of the Prague International School, the acquisition of a site for XXX Lutz and signing several other notable deals where closing is imminent. The market continues to thrive with some major headline deals on the horizon which we can hopefully tell you about in the New Year. We have also been busy recruiting, marketing and running (see below) so, all in all, it has been a good summer and autumn for Wilson & Partners. The festive season and numerous closings are approaching fast and so we would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, business partners and friends for all their support in 2014 and to wish them all a very Merry Christmas.
