Approximately 40 percent of the units at Park Residence 5 were sold during the construction phase. The residential complex comprises of 160 units, including studios and two- to five-room apartments. Park Residence 5 also includes a 600 sqm commercial gallery, a swimming pool, gym, sauna, beauty center and children’s playground. Emanuel Postoaca, the general manager at Nordis, the company overseeing the sales, said demand was high thanks to the project’s proximity to Herastrau Park, which is located in northern Bucharest, close to the city’s business hub. Prices range between €40.000 and €190,000. The project was developed by DeSilva.
