BWW Law & Tax firm will take 820 sqm at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties’ Stratos project in Warsaw. The new tenant provides legal services to the real estate, telecommunications, financial, construction, chemical and energy sectors. The company will relocate to the office building in April.
Located on Skorupki street, the Stratos project secured a BREEAM In-Use certificate. The building offers 10,330 sqm of class A office, as well as 166 sqm of retail and 182 sqm of warehouse space. Tenants include BRE Leasing, the Belgian Embassy and Antal International. The project was delivered by Karimpol in 2000. Kulczyk Silverstein Properties acquired the Stratos building in 2011 from Pramerica Real Estate Investors.
