International design and furnishing brand, Habitat will open flagship store at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The retailer agreed terms on a long-term lease for 1,700 sqm with SEB Management. The new Habitat store is scheduled to be open in the second quarter of 2015.
“Potsdamer Platz stands for the new developments in the city and is currently the venue for events such as the Berlinale film festival and popular attraction for people interested in culture, nightlife and shopping. This top location in the heart of Berlin is the perfect spot for our design, young products,” according to Herve Giaoui, CFO of Groupe Cafom, Habitat’s parent company.
