Wilson & Partners, one of the Czech Republic’s leading independent law
firms, has a tradition of supporting a number of charities, and in the years
since it was incorporated, it has raised more than GBP 15,000 for various
charities through its involvement in sporting events and running for
charity.
Most recently, one of the firm’s founding Partners, Bryan Wilson, together
with one of its associates, Zuzana Farkasova, continued the firms commitment
to raising money for worthy causes by running the “London Royal Parks Half
Marathon” for the Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Charity, raising more than
£1,000 in the process. The charity itself raised more than £30,000 on the
day. The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon took place on Sunday 12
October 2014, starting and finishing in London’s stunning Hyde Park. Over
16,000 runners ran the 21km route through Central London, taking in the
spectacular sites of the capital and the beautiful Royal Parks.
Wilson and Farkasova have now taken part in 8 different races; two half
marathons and six 10k runs, raising more than GBP 10,000 for the Joshua Hayday
Helping Hand Charity, with the money being used to help support families
with children with life limiting conditions.
