Vitalis Consulting Romania has opened an office in London to oversee the finishing touches of two projects under development by Park Plaza Hotels. Vitalis is providing project and cost management services for the Park Plaza Hercules House Hotel and Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel. Park Plaza’s largest shareholder is Red Sea Group, which also developed the City Point residential project in Bucharest. Vitalis also provided project and cost management services for City Point.
