US-based investor Hines is planning to build a mixed-use project between Kantstrasse, Joachimsthaler Strasse, and Hardenbergstrasse in Berlin’s City West area. The building, designed by Hascher Jehle, will offer 9,200 sqm of retail space and 5,000 sqm of offices. The scheme will go up on a site that until recently housed the Beate Uhse Museum. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2016.
