Knight Frank in Poland has strengthened its retail capability in Poland by adding a dedicated retail agency team. The new department is headed by Paweł Materny – an expert with almost 15 years of experience in the retail property segment.
Paweł Materny extensive experience in the retail property market was gained at Cefic Polska (2001-2011), Charter Hall Group (2011-2012) and Balmain Asset Management (2012-2014). Whilst at Charter Hall, he succeeded in having 140 lease agreements concluded or extended within a period of 12 months. At Balmain Asset Management he was responsible for retail properties across Poland with a total GLA of 200,000 sqm. His experience includes work on shopping centres such as Arkadia, Warszawa Wileńska, Wola Park, Zakopianka, Borek, Turzyn, Arena or Dąbrówka.
The new retail agency services include development of letting and re-letting strategies for shopping centres, high street retail and other retail formats in conjunction with lease negotiations and preparation of lease agreements.
