Cresco to build starting flats in Prešov

Cresco has acquired an unfinished medical pavilion in the city of Prešov, in northeastern Slovakia, which it plans to rebuild into flats. Ground work on the site should start in a few weeks. Ján Krnáč of Cresco Group told the Prešov daily Korzár that this is start of Cresco’s expansion plans outside Bratislava. The project will offer approximately 100 flats, ranging from one to three rooms. The investment is expected to cost €10m. The uncompleted pavilion belonged to the local hospital which sold it to the developer for €1.5m.
