A group of real estate companies and investors leased a total of 1,000 sqm at the Ethos House office building in Bucharest. The deals are another sign of the city’s recovering property market, according to Laura Berezitchei, an associate at Crosspoint Real Estate. Geo Margescu, a partner at Six Management, one of the companies that is relocating to Ehos House, said the space will house 30 employees in the first phase. Ethos House was developed by the Greek businessman Gkotsis Anastasios and offers 7,758 sqm. Tenants include BNP Paribas, Arval Romania and Venchi.
