Finep broke ground on a new phase of its Jégého alej residential project, which is going up in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The mixed-use Jegého alej 4 is the last building planned for the complex. The project includes 194 flats on 20 floors. Finep’s CEO, Tomáš Pardubický, says that since entering the Slovak market in 2007, Finep has built and sold 736 apartments in Bratislava.
The developer recently strengthened its presence on the Slovak property market with the recent acquisition of the Atrium shopping center for €2.5m. Atrium was built in 2003 and offers 4,200 sqm of retail and office space. The tenant list includes names such as Villeroy Boch, Divendoor, Ambiente, Merito, Sedia and Wemal.
