According to JLL report, in Q3 2014 the total modern office stock amounted to almost 4,365,000 sqm and looks set to outperform the levels from 2013, when 300,000 sqm was delivered to the market.
The demand for modern office space in Warsaw is delivered from the business services and banking & finance sectors while the growth in the modern business services sector fuels the demand in places such as KrakĆ³w, WrocÅaw, Katowice, ÅĆ³dÅŗ, Tri-City and PoznaÅ, amongst other.
