Developer Heinrich Von Hanau is planning to build two ten-story ultra-luxury condominiums on Fisher Island. The towers will be located on the north side of the island and house 47 units each.
Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Del Luna are scheduled to be built side-by-side and offer every modern comfort available including “6 Star”concierge service to the residents. Prices will average $1950 per square foot for non-penthouse units. Von Hanau is so confident there is a market for luxury condominiums on Fisher Island he began construction of Palazzo Del Sol this spring with no significant pre-sale contracts.
Prices at Palazzo Del Sol for 3 to 7 bedroom units will range from $5.5 million to more than $24 million. Construction is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2016. Palazzo Del Luna is to begin construction in mid 2015 and take two years to complete.
